Order Information and Return Policy

Order Fulfillment

Lucystore.com strives to ship out all orders within 24 hours of order placement. The majority of all products are shipped from our Seattle warehouse. However, some large and custom built items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order only IF your order has not been shipped. All backorders and preorders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. No order is deemed canceled until you receive an email from lucystore.com confirming that your order has been canceled. If you attempt to cancel your order and it has already shipped out, any subsequent return would fall under the lucystore.com Return Policy. See Below.

Sales Tax

Lucystore.com is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to the state of Washington. All other orders will not require collection of sales tax

Order Status

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping method and the tracking number.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy is as follows: If, within 30 days of order receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s). All returns must be in like new condition in its original packaging in order to qualify. If returns are received in used or damaged condition, no credit will be given.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for consumables, wigs, costumes, or cosmetics.

If you decide to return a product that you had previously purchased, you must fill out the form included with your order and include it with the returned product. If you have lost or misplaced this form, it is important to include with your return the following information: Order Number, Name on order, Why you are returning the product.

Lucystore.com strongly recommends shipping your product back to lucystore.com using a delivery method that generates a tracking number or delivery receipt. Please keep this number until your refund has been processed by us.

Once lucystore.com receives your return, please expect up to two weeks to receive your credit. If you prefer a direct refund, please indicate this on the return form. Your refund will be less any shipping charges incurred and a 15% restocking fee.

Your refund will be given as a credit to your original payment method. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased using a gift certificate, you will receive store credit as your refund.

If there was an error in your shipment, or if you received a damaged or defective product, please call us within 10 days and we will connect with you to resolve the issue.
